Alice C. Benner
Alice Benner, Principal and Managing Director of Bamboo Equity Partners,
is responsible for overseeing all new equity and real estate investments as
well as strategic asset management of the existing portfolio of properties.
Her more than fifteen years of experience started at Colliers Turley Martin Tucker where she managed a commercial real estate portfolio of seventeen properties located across the Saint Louis metro area. From there, she became a financial analyst at TriStar Properties overseeing new acquisitions and presenting strategic development recommendations to the investment committee.
Dan Dokovic, SIOR
Dan Dokovic is a Founder and Managing Principal of Bamboo Equity Partners. Dan manages all aspects of Bamboo’s business and investment activities as well as implements Bamboo’s strategic objectives. Dan has over thirteen years of real estate investment, development, asset management and restructuring experience across all major property classes. His extensive involvement in managing institutional real estate investments has lead him to develop a contrarian approach for investing in real estate assets that are mostly ignored by institutions and large private equity investors. Dan received his executive education from Harvard University, an M.B.A from Webster University and a B.A. in International Business from Westminster College.
Brady Gehring, CFA
Principal, Director | Capital Markets
Brady Gehring is responsible for investor relations, underwriting, and analysis of acquisitions and dispositions. He brings nearly 10 years of global corporate finance experience to the team, which included the use of modeling/forecasting in conjunction with capital markets research and expectations to facilitate domestic/international cash operations while developing and maintaining critical relationships with a large number of financial institutions. A graduate from the University of Missouri-Columbia, Brady earned his B.S.B.A. with an emphasis in Finance, Banking and Real Estate, and later attained his CFA charter.
Gary Parker, SIOR
Gary Parker is a Founder and Principal of Bamboo Equity Partners. During his over 30 years in commercial real estate, Gary has accrued over $1.2 billion in lease and sale transactions for private investors as well as national and regional corporations. He brings a keen eye when selecting assets for private capital given his experience working with some of the nation’s largest investor groups such as TA Realty, Principal Real Estate Investors and Duke Realty. Gary received a B.S. in Business Administration from Southeast Missouri State University.
Dan Merlo, CCIM
Dan Merlo is a Founder and Principal of Bamboo Equity Partners bringing with him over 25 years of commercial real estate and government incentives experience. Dan uses his market knowledge to increase Bamboo’s asset pipeline and assist in project funding. He has spent his career representing industrial corporate users in leasing, sales and project development with over $1 billion in transactions, totaling over 26 million square feet. He received a B.S. in Political Science from St. Louis University.
Jaimie Mansfield serves as General Counsel for Bamboo Equity Partners. She oversees all corporate legal matters, focusing on the company’s core business in solving complex real estate challenges and creating opportunities for its investors. She provides key legal support and advice to the company, from assisting with the purchase and sale of the company’s assets down to the development and establishment of tenancies therein.
Senior Associate, Asset Management
Rob Sieckhaus is a Senior Associate of Asset Management at Bamboo Equity Partners. Rob’s primary responsibilities are monitoring the performance of the investments, interfacing with property managers and partners to ensure investment strategies are implemented, managing development projects, and coordinating on all leasing-related matters. In addition, Rob is also involved in investment due diligence.
Griffin Palmer is an Acquisitions Associate at Bamboo Equity Partners. Griffin’s primary responsibilities are networking and communicating with brokers, sourcing and underwriting investment opportunities and ensuring brand recognition in the brokerage community. He is involved with the strategic property pipeline allocation across all investment vehicles in the Bamboo portfolio.
Casey Matthis is the Executive Assistant to Bamboo Equity Partners’ Principals Dan Dokovic and Alice C. Benner. Her primary role is to maximize the productivity and responsiveness of the Bamboo team. Casey supports all client interactions and firm operations. Her key focus is to be prompt and responsive to the needs of our clients as well as our team. Casey has over 20 years of experience in the local real estate industry including sales, office management and executive assistance in both the commercial and residential realms.
