Bamboo Equity Partners is now offering free rent at a few of our office buildings in Clayton and Sunset Hills through the end of 2020.
We're partnering with commercial furniture company, Working Spaces, to fully furnish these office suites as well, which range in size from 500 square feet to 700 square feet.
By signing a five-year lease for the space (with furniture costs included), tenants will not have a rent payment until January 2021.
The spaces — at Parkway Tower, 225 N. Meramec Ave in Clayton; Sunset Commons, 10805 Sunset Hills Drive, and Sunset Office at 10777 Sunset Office Drive in Sunset Hills — will be available May 15, said Alice Benner, Principal and Managing Director of Bamboo Equity Partners.

This allows us the opportunity to fill vacancies in our buildings while giving back to the community that has supported us for nearly 10 years.
