The Intertech Building at 1859 Bowles Avenue, a 65,320 SF office building in Fenton, becomes the fifth asset within the firm’s Bamboo Micro Opportunity Fund I, L.P.

At acquisition, Intertech was 78% leased. Intelica CRE will take over leasing and property management for the building. Bamboo Equity Partners sees great opportunity in the Fenton area, so we are excited to enter the growing Fenton market.
