Bamboo Equity Partners featured in Midwest Real Estate News “Best of Best”

Midwest Real Estate News released its “Best of Best” issue this August ranking the best commercial estate firms in the region across several different categories. This year, Bamboo Equity PartnersTM was named a “Top Owner” for 2018.

In 2017, Bamboo owned 1,171,169 square feet of properties; 721,661 square feet were office properties, 334,258 were industrial, 63,401 were retail, 8,880 were multifamily and 51,849 were healthcare. A few of the notable properties included Sunset Medical -1777 Sunset Office Drive in Sunset Hills, Conway Business Center – 15455 Conway Road in Chesterfield, and 5531-5555 Phantom Dr in Hazelwood.
